RIAD is the International Association of Legal Expenses Insurance with almost 60 members in 18 countries world wide. One of RIAD’s main aims is the promotion of interests of all legal expenses insurers and the establishment of conditions that guarantee an ever increasing presence of industry within an environment of fair competition.

Part of these activities are that RIAD takes position on behalf of its members on political developments, legal initiatives and other processes which affect the environment and level playing field in which legal expenses insurers operate.
