National Sections

According to article 10 of RIAD Statutes a National Section consists of all the companies that are members of the Association and have their registered offices in the same country.

Each National Section shall be represented on the General Council by Delegates. The number of the Delegates is calculated on the basis of the premium income of the Section as a percentage of the total premium income of all the members of the Association, as follows:

• percentage of premium income of the section < 1%:1 Delegate,
• percentage of premium income of the section = 1%, but  < 5%: 2 Delegates,
• percentage of premium income of the section = 5%, but < 25%: 3 Delegates,
• percentage of premium income of the section = 25% and over: 4 Delegates.
